SBS PAT Portal Terms and Conditions

Purpose of the portal. The SBS PAT Portal is provided by Safe Building Services Ltd to allow authorised users to view portable appliance testing records, download certification and access compliance information relating to their organisation or sites.

Authorised access only. Access is restricted to named users. Login details, password reset links and verification codes must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

Two-factor authentication. The portal uses email-based two-factor authentication. You must have access to the registered email address linked to your account in order to log in.

Accuracy of information. The information shown in the portal is based on records uploaded by Safe Building Services Ltd and/or data received from testing equipment and associated job systems. While reasonable care is taken, users should notify Safe Building Services Ltd if they believe any information is incorrect or incomplete.

Use of certificates and reports. Certificates, schedules and reports downloaded from the portal are provided for the customer, contract administrator or authorised representative. They should not be altered. Any failed, damaged or unsafe equipment should be dealt with by the responsible duty holder in accordance with their own procedures and relevant safety requirements.

Data and confidentiality. Users must only access information relating to their own organisation or authorised sites. Any information downloaded from the portal should be treated as confidential and used only for legitimate compliance, maintenance, audit or contract administration purposes.

Availability. Safe Building Services Ltd will make reasonable efforts to keep the portal available, but access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, connectivity issues, updates or events outside our control.

Support. If you experience access issues, believe your account has been compromised, or require support, email info@safebuildingservices.co.uk.

Acceptance. By logging in and using the portal, you confirm that you are authorised to access the information and agree to use the portal responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
